Wedding Anniversary gemstones

Wedding Anniversary gemstones.

Andrew and I will be celebrating our tenth anniversary in September and it got me thinking what lovely gift I could expect from my loving husband.

We have all heard of or read about the wedding anniversary meanings at some point in our lives.

You know what I am talking about?

Right?

So, lucky me, it’s tin.

Eh, I don’t think so.

One – Paper

Two – Cotton

Three – Leather

Ten – Tin

Twenty-five – Silver

Thirty – Pearl

Forty – Ruby

Fifty – Gold

Sixty – Diamond

Seventy – Platinum

Eighty – Oak!!!!

Poor eighty, you are together or put up with each other for so long and all you get is a bit of wood!!!!!!!!!!!!!

However, did you know they are now at least two alternatives?

Modern – Ten is diamond. Oh, better, thank you very much

Gemstones

Guess, which one I like the sound of?
